I started at AQL as an IT Support Worker in 2010, dealing with a wide range of customer requests and escalating to senior members as needed. In addition to providing support, I installed servers in the company's data centers to meet needs of both customers and the business.
As a support worker I was given additional responsibilities by management to conduct inventory and direct on-location support.
In 2011 I was given a promotion and became a Junior Web Developer.
In this new role I created APIs for third party use use as well as integrated third party APIs to be used inside the AQL infrastructure. My day to day tasks subsequently included application design and development, improving existing applications, and writing technical specifications.
Freelance projects I have been involved in and university work.
